Program Administrator

Elizabeth “Betty” McOsker is the dedicated Program Administrator at the Over 60 Club. A longtime Stamford resident, Betty first became involved with the Club in 2003 through Senior Services of Stamford, and has been at the heart of its mission ever since.

For over two decades, Betty has overseen daily programming — fitness, games, crafts, and community meals — ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for more than 100 active members each week.

She passionately advocates for seniors’ well-being, leading fundraising efforts and working toward a sustainable future in which the Club can thrive under full-time leadership. Warm, experienced, and tireless in her commitment, Betty has truly become the heart and soul of the Over 60 Club.

With a passion for fostering community and connection, Raquel plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our members. From organizing engaging activities to facilitating meaningful social interactions, she makes sure everyone feels included and valued.

Her commitment to planning events that fit the interests of our seniors helps promote fun, friendship, and fulfillment in their daily lives.
